Fantastic location, walkable to Quicksilver lift (5-10 min), Main Street (4-5 min), on Brown Line Breck Free Bus route. Easy access from Main Street, parking for 2 cars and close to other overnight Breck parking. You'll love the first floor access and tree views out the windows. Closest unit to the outdoor hot tub and set off the street to minimize noise. Managed personally and professionally by two individual owners in Denver.

Mountain Rustic Chic vibe! This space was renovated floor to above the ceiling in August 2018. Stainless steel appliances, leather sofas, custom furniture, Breck showcase wall. New insulation keeps the warmth in and the unit quiet. 400Mbps WiFi internet, SmartTV, cable TV and plenty of games for all ages will keep your friends and family engaged. You'll be close to Main Street and the lifts, walking less than 5 minutes.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking, of any kind inside the unit. If you need to smoke you can easily walk outside away from the unit. Please be mindful of this requirement. If the cleaning team alerts us that the unit has a smoke stench the guests will be required to pay an additional $2,500.00cleaning fee. Be respectful of your neighbors just as you would in your own home. This is a condo, which means other people have units on the sides and above. Sound travels and so do scents and smoke. Please be a good person and abide by these requirements.

Neighborhood

The south end of Breckenridge is close to festival locations, Main Street Station, Breckenridge Brewery and many other fine local establishments. Walk through Main Street Station to reach Main Street shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. A short jaunt to The Quicksilver Lift, will connect you on Peak 9 and to all other runs and lifts Breckenridge has to offer. Steps to the Breck Free Ride Bus, will take you to the gondola and throughout Breck.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo, in-unit laundry, kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large private ski storage closet. The community has a shared hot tub and additional shared laundry. Hot Tub Schedule: November 1 - March 31: Open April 1 - May 31: Closed June 1 - September 30: Open October 1-31: Closed

Great stay, great host, great location. In these times when some hosts make getting an AirBnB a chore with superfluous rules and requirements to book, this stay was a breath of fresh air and a very easy and efficient booking, check in, and check out process. Condo was exactly as described and came with plenty of space and amenities for our group of 6 guys on our ski trip. 5 min walk to bars and restaurants on Main, and the shuttle to the Beaver Run lift stops right outside the unit every 15 mins. Price was fair and felt like we got great value for the cost. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Would recommend this location for a ski trip to Breck. There is a locked outdoor room for ski gear right outside the door. Everything is well stocked and labeled to prevent confusion. Small details like heated bathroom floors, a hot tub nearby, and accessories like humidifiers and space heaters make the stay extra enjoyable. Kitchen is nice and well stocked. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no hood vent over the stove so when we were cooking meat the smoke alarm went off. Easy enough to crack a window or two though. 5-10 minute walk to the lift was convenient also. Great hosts, would love to return here!

Beautiful space and close to everything we wanted to visit. Jason was responsive and helpful. The heated bathroom floors were a surprise bonus. The furniture was unique and looked hand crafted. We had an amazing time.

Guests can also opt to drive, or take the Breck Free Ride (stop on location steps from the unit door) will take you throughout Breckenridge and connect you to Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper via the Summit Stage Bus System - all free.
