Jason’s place was great! Nice and quiet area with access to everything breck has to offer. The condo set up was perfect with full kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect! The main room was great for all of us to hang out and the bonus room was perfect for the kids to go hang out to get away from the parents! 😉

We stayed here for a friends ski trip and were impressed with the house and location for its value. It’s one of the few truly dog-friendly options in the area, which was a big plus for us. The location is excellent too! About a 5-minute drive to the gondola, restaurants, and grocery store. Parking was simple, and getting to the slopes was easy.
Jason’s home is BIG and cozy, comfortable, plus close to everything. The outdoor space was great for kids and our dog, and there were plenty of toys and games inside. Overall, it’s an affordable, convenient, and genuinely pet-friendly spot. It was perfect for our group (friends and family) who want easy access to the mountain without overspending.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for our group, and the layout made everything easy and comfortable. Check-in was simple, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The location is great — close to town but still quiet with beautiful views. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful home, and it once again exceeded expectations. The hosts clearly put a lot of love into recent upgrades — the bedrooms are even more comfortable, and the upstairs game room is now one of the highlights of the house. We played shuffleboard every night and took a bunch of group photos up there with the Breck marquee lights, which made the space feel so fun and unique.
Everything was spotless, well-organized, and designed to make your stay feel easy and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the communication from the hosts was prompt and kind.
After two fantastic stays, I can easily say this is my go-to place whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay. It fit our family of four just right. We loved all the restaurants in the area and trying them out - would recommend cool river for coffee and breakfast and breck ale house for pizza, vibes and bingo! The kids liked playing dominos and the parks nearby. Thanks for the great stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Great clean condo as listed. Easy to never get in the car again once you arrive. Walkable to main street and bus stop right in front if you have a farther destination. Has everything you need. Wonderful stay, will be back.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. It was close to all that Breckenridge had to offer. Jason was always quick to respond to all questions we had. The condo was clean and cozy. We would definitely come and stay at Jason's place again.
